Welcome to kolkid.com. All of the products on our website are quoted in Canadian dollars and are available for shipping worldwide. By using our online store you expressly agree to the information set forth below.
Log In Account
When in our store or on the website, you will be asked if you would like to create an account using your name, address, phone number and email. Once this information is in our database, the system will generate a confirmation email with a link to confirm your address.. Kol Kid may share your information with an outside shipping company such as UPS or Canada Post to send your purchases. However, we do not share our customers' information with any other outside entities.
Catalogue
Kol Kid's website may contain errors in descriptions of products, dimensions and/or pricing. We reserve the right to correct any of these inaccuracies and update our information without prior notice, including changes to your current or standing order.
Security of Credit Card Information
Kol Kid uses an industry standard SSL encryption for all credit card transactions at checkout. Our site uses Verified by Visa system as it allows for additional security to protect our customers. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express
When will my order be processed?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation immediately after your order has been placed. Check your confirmation carefully and make sure all the information is correct.
Orders are generally charged to your credit card within 48 hours. Upon approval and verification of credit card information, orders will be processed for shipment. If the billing address you provide does not match the address on your credit card account, your order may be delayed.
Standard Shipping
Kol Kid uses various carriers for all our shipping needs. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at check out and will be added to your total invoice. All of our products will be shipped out within 3–5 business days unless there is a lead time noted for a special order item. For all US and International shipping customers, we cannot guarantee the amount of time your product may take to arrive at your destination. Each delivery will vary due to border inspections and other delays that are beyond our control.
Delivery
Kol Kid utilizes a third party carrier for all deliveries. These companies will deliver all of your purchases to your address.
Damaged Items & Shipments
Please contact Kol Kid immediately if your shipment arrives damaged so that we can process a claim with the carrier immediately. We will require pictures of the damage to the item, outside packaging and label pictures within 2 days in order to process ANY claim. Please ensure you inspect your shipment and make notes of any visible damage to the driver. Should your item be imperfect due to manufacturing processes we will work with the supplier to correct any issues on individual customer basis.
